Patrol Services have developed a very useful mobile app that can make your working day paperless. The solutions is a simple phone app that that can run on iOS or Android platforms. This app can run with your company name and shows you in real time all of the incidents and activities happening on the ground.

The phone app can do all the work for you, managing incidents, adding pictures, tracking actions, reporting on to third parties, clocking tasks and allowing a seamless link to the management of the site in any remote location. With the app comes a comprehensive website that can send out regular emails to the client and manage the list of sites and clients.

Every site different
Each site can be set up to be different based on the requirements of the client. Each site will have its own list of generic tasks that must be completed by the guard before leaving. You can generate your own list of task types and then allocate them
to any location. Any site can then be visited from once only to every hour.

Client Keyholding made simple
Each site can have any number of clients and each client can have any number of keys. Keys can be checked out and checked in again. At any point, we can see what keys have been checked out, to whom and when they are expected back. We can even set up temporary keyholders for the duration of house projects.

Geolocation
The app can track where the guard is on the site during their shift. This can be helpful thus bringing accountability to the site if this is required.

Client reporting.
The incident system and keyholding process is proven to be self-documenting. This takes away the need for supplementary report writing by the management who can focus on managing the guards and sites. To the client, you are providing a much more professional service.

Task Management.
The guard can be asked to track their tasks throughout their shift. This allows clear reporting back to the client and also alerts management to the proportion of time is taken up with the various tasks that the guard is given.

Traffic Management?
Optionally, the app can track vehicles on an off the site. It can make a note of those vehicles that are banned from the site and highlight them. It can also differentiate those vehicles previously checked with those new to the site. These details can be reported back to the client on a regular basis.
